The Gîte d'Etape is just minutes away from the center, making it extremely convenient. The farmhouse is beautifully restored and surrounded by a peaceful garden, providing a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, incorporating both old and modern elements in the renovation. The bed and shower were excellent. The shared kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for home-cooked meals or a leisurely breakfast. Karine, the host, is inviting and well-traveled, offering valuable information about the surrounding area. The establishment is bicycle-friendly and ideal for exploring the region. The warm welcome upon arrival made us feel right at home. The location is quiet, with minimal noise from the nearby school. The interior accommodation is simple yet pleasant, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The self-catering facilities were more than adequate and the surprise treats were a delightful touch. The front garden provided a great space for relaxation and was well-equipped with outdoor furniture. The 15-minute walk to the town center was enjoyable and well-marked. The option to order breakfast in advance and the self-service kitchen added convenience. The owner was friendly, funny, and always ready to assist. Free parking was available nearby. Local amenities such as the patisserie were within a short walk. The exposed timber beams in the room were a jaw-dropping sight. The proximity to the historic church, dating back to 1004, was impressive. The short drive to Loches town center, a charming destination, was convenient. The shower provided a good water flow.

The gîte was perfectly located, allowing me to explore the beautiful castles of the Loire Valley and visit the charming village of Chédigny. The evenings at the associative café "Chez Jeanne" were lively and enjoyable.
Oh, how I adored having third parties automatically collect information about me. It really added a special touch to my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring the wider upper Loire Valley area by car. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The enclosed front garden provided a great space for relaxing.
The rooms were not serviced regularly and a change of bedding would have been nice during our stay. The nearby estaminet did not provide meals as advertised, so we had to venture into the main town for dinner.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect - a quiet village with easy access to nearby Loches. The staff, especially Karin, were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The Le Presbytère gite is absolutely charming! The room is welcoming and cozy, with a lovely rustic vibe that makes you feel right at home. As a guest with disabilities, I really appreciated the comfortable and accessible amenities that were thoughtfully provided. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The only thing I personally didn't fully enjoy was the size of the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!
